VAT, import duties, taxes

UK

VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%) will be charged on all orders supplied within the UK.

EC

VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%) will be charged on all orders exported to EC countries unless your VAT number is provided at the time of ordering.

World

VAT is not charged on export orders supplied to non-EC countries. Import and/or other duties may be payable at the destination country, please check with your authorities.

Delivery

We endeavour to hold stock of all our standard styles. Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be despatched when payment is received. For UK deliveries, please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive. Overseas delivery time will be advised when you place your order.

Postage & shipping

UK postage is charged at £10.00 for orders under £200 value.

UK postage is free for orders over £200.

Shipping charges will be added to all orders – please ask for details.

Returns policy

Refunds will be given (excluding postage/shipping costs) on goods returned in their purchased condition within 14 days of the date of purchase.

We can not accept returns on embroidered items
